Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse, Fa\u0308higkeiten oder Erfahrungen im spezifischen Arbeitssektor erforderlich.<br \/>\nIm Rahmen eines Auswahlverfahrens wird das Interesse fu\u0308r die berufliche Rolle und die Motivation fu\u0308r die Teilnahme am Lehrgang mit Praktikum bewertet. Es wird die tatsa\u0308chliche Arbeitsbereitschaft und die Disponibilita\u0308t zur Arbeitssuche bewertet; insbesondere wird die Bereitschaft zur Erfu\u0308llung der verschiedenen Aufgaben bewertet, die im Zusammenhang mit der konkreten beruflichen Rolle und der beruflichen Ta\u0308tigkeit
